My experience with the service department was outstanding. John was friendly and thorough. I brought the car in for air conditioning work. He let me know that it may or may not be covered under warranty depending on whether or not the problem was due to road damage.
He checked my VIN and let me know there was a recall related to the transmission.
The inspection revealed that the air conditioning issue was indeed covered under warranty. Also, John sourced the transmission recall part quick enough to get that installed before I was even due to pick up the car. My car drives better than it did when it was new.
I brought the car back after the air conditioning part arrived and while it was being installed, another problem was discovered and fixed under warranty as well. Due to the extra time, John set me up with a rental car.
I needed transportation from Murrieta VW and back. The two drivers, Bobby and Nick, that shuttled me were very friendly and good ambassadors for your company.
I came in with a dirty car and broken air conditioning and drove away smoother than ever in cold air.
Thank you to everyone that was involved including the mechanics and others behind the scenes whose names I don't know.

My husband and I have been patrons at Murrieta Volkswagen since 2006 when we first met Anthony Bueno in the Service Department. We originally were assigned to a different service advisor, but luckily was passed onto Anthony who managed to get a problem that was well into a month of dealing with, taken care of in 1 day! We have been loyal patrons ever since! Anthony has the best people skills we have ever came across. He always returns phone calls in a timely fashion, always breaks explanations into a way I can understand and relate to, never pressures, but always guides me to make the best decision for the safety of my vehicles. That's right - vehicles. We own 2 Volkswagens now and we only trust Anthony to Service Advise on them.
If you want a Service Advisor who will genuinely look out for your best interests, it's Anthony. He treats us like family and we feel safe knowing we can call him anytime with any questions. I purchased a new VW CC a few days ago, and I just wanted to say what a nice experience it was. No hassle, no pressure, friendly service. Scott and Carmen did a great job! They listened to what we had to say, and made every effort to attend to our desires. The F & I rep also treated us with respect, and didn't attempt to sell us a bunch of extras that we didn't want. At the end of the process the GM even said thanks and shook our hands. We left the dealership feeling good about our purchase and were happy with the deal. Next day...no buyer's remorse. In Sept 09 my wife and I purchased a 2010 Passat Komfort Wagon in Anchorage. Three thousand + miles later we needed the
first cafrefree service check.
Since we were travelling from our winter home in Az. to SoCal. we were searching for a dealer. The closest one to Sun City was the folks at Murrieta VW.
I have had several new cars in the last 40 years but never a VW product. So I was a bit anxious about a new dealer.
Well, I have "NEVER" been treated so nicely, EVER at a dealership.
The service writer "Chad" was friendly, very knowledgeable and so courtious as was Craig, in parts.....
All inspections were preformed in a timly fashion with some of the sales team offering coffee and conversation while we waited.
Since the closest VW dealer (in the winter) is in Vegas (90 min) and the next closest is in Phoenix (4 hrs) I guess I'll have to drive
to Murrieta VW as they are only 5-6 hours away. It is worth the drive to feel so welcomed to a place of professionals, where the costumer comes first.
